Member Specialist – Kyle, Texas

We are seeking a career‑minded, service‑driven professional to join our fast‑paced branch network. This entry‑level position focuses on providing insurance and membership services support to AAA members.

In this role you will:

• Be trained on an array of AAA products and services to confidently interface with members and achieve individual and team cross‑selling goals.
• Advance with skills‑based pay increases, monthly bonuses, and career growth opportunities; 90% of managers are promoted from within.
• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services such as passport photos, road‑trip planning, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be available during branch hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (closed weekends and most holidays).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or a similar customer‑service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer‑service skills.
