Responsibilities

• Be provided with training on AAA products and services; interface with members confidently to meet individual and team cross‑selling goals.
• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.

Hours

Be available during branch hours: Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, Saturday 10am–2pm. Closed Sundays and most holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime including Saturdays.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office basics.
• Proven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Adaptability to change and ability to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Eligibility to qualify for Property and Casualty License.
