Job summary

Sam’s Club in Katy, TX is opening a brand-new club and is seeking friendly, dependable teammates to join the founding team. As a Member Specialist, you’ll help deliver a seamless, positive experience for members from day one, assist with purchases, returns, and answering questions.

You’ll work at the front of the club, support checkout and entrance/exit areas, and help members navigate self-service technology while upholding safety and organization.

Create a Seamless and Positive Member Experience

As a Member Specialist at Sam’s Club, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service at the front of the club. From assisting with purchases and returns to helping members navigate self-service technology, your support helps ensure every member has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

In this role, you’ll spend your day supporting checkout and entrance/exit areas, assisting members with purchases and questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
