• Execute both internal and external collection activities on delinquent accounts.
• Oversee the coordination of the Courtesy Pay program, including the collection of negative or past-due accounts, ensuring compliance with related procedures.
• Provide support in handling bankruptcy claims.
• Assist in the sale of repossessions.
• Complete and process insurance claim forms for members.
• Manage skip-a-payment requests.
• Follow up on collateral protection insurance.
• Maintain and update necessary reports.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
