• Ability to process memberships upgrades and related orders.
• Familiarity with safety standards and hazard handling procedures.

• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders; ensures accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues and promoting products.
• Complies with company policies and ethics; adheres to safety guidelines and Open Door policy.
