Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services
• Processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices
• Providing Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products/services
• Complies with company policies and ethics, embraces a culture of belonging, respects individuals, acts with integrity and collaborates with others
• Delivers results while putting the customer first, makes informed decisions, balances short- and long-term priorities, and supports the team
