Job summary

OhioHealth Neuro Wellness Center - Admin is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage enrollment, scheduling, and program coordination for CH&F services. You will handle tours, triages, billing, and transfers to the CH&F program while representing MHHC at events and driving member retention.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of face-to-face customer service, strong communication, and a detail-oriented, team-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point).
• strong commitment to high level customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for representation and selling of NWC programs and services.
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills for facilitating resolution of customer concerns.
• Ability to handle a fast paced high pressure work environment while accurately completing multiple tasks at same time.
• Excels in an interdependent, team focused work environment.

• Detail oriented.
• Three to five years Experience providing face to face customer service

Responsibilities

• 30% Retail Administration Community Health and Fitness Program CH&F Program m : tours, triages, schedules enrollment, orientation and annual reviews appointments. Makes welcome calls and reports.
• 30% Clinical Administration Cardiac Rehab: Leads Preview tour for prospective clients. Meets with clients at Initials, Finals & Free-Month appointments to process paperwork, billing, scheduling and transfers to CH&F program.
• Pulmonary Rehab: Meets with clients at Initials, Exit and Free-Month appointments to process paperwork, billing, scheduling and transfers to CH&F program.
• Medical Freeze: Interaction with doctor offices and members to initiate, follow-up and close requests for suspension of membership program fee billing due to significant medical issues that temporarily prevent safe continuation of exercise.
• Internal Referrals from MHHC clinical services to CH&F program: Process referral paperwork. Database updating.
• New member acquisition and Existing Member Retention: Track frequency and effectiveness of member acquisition and retention activities.
