Job summary

Express Wash Operations LLC is seeking a hands-on Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the quality and efficiency of wash operations. You will guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, manage memberships, and uphold cleanliness and safety for a top-tier customer experience.

You’ll participate in a 60-day certification program, work outdoors in all weather, and contribute to both the wash and convenience stations while supporting daily operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience required; a 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.
• Ability to operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: Provide excellent customer service and support sales and membership growth.
• Wash Station Service: Follow safety procedures and operate wash equipment safely.
• Convenience Station: Engage with customers and manage member accounts.
• Stock and organize detail centers and maintain cleanliness.
• General duties: open/close, prep towels, maintain tunnel and overall site upkeep.
