Communication Federal Credit Union in Tulsa is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to deliver outstanding member experiences by handling teller transactions, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right financial solutions.

You'll work Mon-Fri with some Saturdays, join a collaborative team, and enjoy strong benefits and opportunities for career growth as you help members manage deposits, loans, and everyday banking needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
• Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
• Work Schedule: Monday Friday and rotating Saturdays.
