• Provide accurate receipts and respond to member questions and complaints.
• Handle stop payments and review documentation.
• Navigate the credit union website and share branch information.
• Maintain knowledge of products, rates, loans.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Process Shared Branching transactions.
• Deliver member support via phone, email, and chat.
