Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets members and processes transactions including deposits and withdrawals accurately while following policies and procedures.
• Balances cash drawer and assists with daily branch balancing.
• Educates members about Credit Union products and services and refers them as needed.
• Deescalates difficult situations with patience and good judgment.
• Maintains knowledge of deposits and loan products and adheres to regulations.
