Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months related experience.
• Experience in full-service financial or customer service environment.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Explain credit union products and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Open/close accounts and perform daily balancing tasks.
• Maintain accuracy in cash drawer and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and corporate policies.
