Qualifications

• Excellent communication with strong written and verbal skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented and capable of independent work.
• Experience in financial institutions and member services preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Symitar, Episys or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves GL accounts and reconciliations on a daily basis.
• Processes share drafts, return deposits, levies, subpoenas, mail and return mail.
• Reviews checks for risk, places holds or rejects items as needed.
• Provides backup assistance and ensures departmental goals are met.
• Locates and corrects missing deposits and verifies deposits for members.
• Responds to management requests and maintains service standards.
