Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring to serve members at the Lexington, KY location. You will provide member service, maintain the checkout area, and resolve issues while promoting store products and services. Training on new technologies and process improvements is included.

You will process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies for different memberships and payment types. Safety and security responsibilities are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front-end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience with mobile retail applications used in-store.
• Ability to verify membership cards and assist customers with purchases.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and processes purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Follows safety standards, conducts safety sweeps, and reports unsafe situations.
