Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Completes safety tasks by following safety standards and guidelines including forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains safety of the facility by reporting unsafe situations to management and adhering to safety procedures.
• Addresses improvements and adapts to change by coordinating with managers, coworkers and partners.
