The New York-New Jersey Trail Conference seeks a full-time Member Services Associate in Mahwah, NJ to provide data entry support in Salesforce, manage front desk tasks, and handle retail operations.

Responsibilities include processing memberships and donations, supporting the Executive team, delivering strong customer service to visitors, and processing retail and wholesale orders, while ensuring building operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and CRM/data systems is required.
• Strong computer skills are mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Membership and donor services administration, including data entry and renewal communications.
• Executive team support, including scheduling and board materials.
• Customer service at the Mahwah headquarters, answering calls and directing inquiries.
• Retail and wholesale sales fulfillment and store upkeep.
