• Check in all members and guests according to company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Communicate special events to members.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Facilitate or forward member requests to a manager.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services like tanning.
• Facilitate payment of services as per procedures.
• Know the club facilities and services.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist in projects as directed by management.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
