United Defense Tactical is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative in Glendale to be the welcoming first point of contact for members and guests. The role supports check-ins, payments, and inquiries while upholding a professional, respectful environment aligned with our discipline-driven culture.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience at a front desk or administrative role, and comfort using CRM, POS, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with adults and guests.
• Comfortable using computer systems, POS, CRM and scheduling software.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy academy setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with professionalism and respect
• Manage daily check-ins and assist with student accounts and attendance
• Answer phones, emails, and inquiries about programs, schedules, and events
• Support enrollment, trial classes, upgrades, renewals, and cancellations

Job Summary

The Member Services Representative is the first point of contact for members and guests at the academy. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment that reflects the values of discipline, integrity, and community. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and committed to supporting Members and guests throughout their training journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with professionalism and respect
