We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Full-Time Member Services Representative II role. You will be given the opportunity to showcase your relationship building skills to enhance our member experience, making a difference in their financial lives. You will be working in our Menomonie Downtown location where conversation and getting to know our members is a privilege. You will gain extensive knowledge in our products and services through our exceptional training program! Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
  2. Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions in a Teller role.
  3. Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, and benefit accounts, individual retirement, health savings accounts, trust accounts, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts).
  4. Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information.
  5. Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for assistance and resolution.
  6. Learn to recognize members' needs for services, and present and refer them appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in customer service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
  • A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Full-time availability is needed.
