Front Desk Representative Responsibilities:
  • Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
  • Check in all members and guests according to company procedures
  • Facilitate messages on club software during member check-in
  • Answer phones courteously and professionally
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members
  • Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and standards
  • Sell retail products (if applicable)
  • Assist in retail, childcare, and other areas as needed
  • Process payments for member services as per company procedures
  • Know club facilities, services, and schedules
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Assist in projects delegated by management
  • Report to Operations Manager if applicable
  • Adhere to all policies in Employee Handbook
Qualifications:
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • 18+ years of age
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and patience required
