Salary Range: $18.41 To $23.02 Hourly
Represents the Credit Union within the branch environment in a professional manner when greeting members or potential members and ensuring that their needs are exceeded with exceptional service. Actively cross-sells credit union products and services to ensure organizational and departmental goals are met. Assists members with their financial transactions, including paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments while delivering high personable service.
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
A high school education or GED.
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Work is performed indoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to electronics work. May require periodic travel.
