Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a part-time Member Services Representative in Lancaster. The MSR will greet members and guests, check them in, and assist with club software messages at check-in.

The role includes answering phones, communicating events, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at our CRUNCH Fitness facilities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and exit politely.
• Check in members and guests per company procedures.
• Handle club software messages at check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicate events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Forward member requests to a manager as needed.
• Sell retail products.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in projects as directed by management.
• Follow Team Member Handbook policies.

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed
• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively.

Salary

$33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
