Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC, operator of Crunch Fitness locations in the United States, is seeking a Member Services Representative (MSR) at its Cypress, TX facility. The MSR is the face of the club, handling guest questions, facilitating check-ins, processing payments, and promoting events to enhance member experiences.

This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly, professional customer service while maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere and supporting management with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or maintained.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and bid them farewell.
• Check in members and guests per company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Inform members of special events and facility offerings.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Process member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Sell retail products.
• Handle payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in projects as assigned by management.
• Follow policies in Team Member Handbook.

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed
