Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager to lead a high-energy club in Southern California. You will oversee sales, member services, and daily operations, set performance standards, and mentor the team to achieve club goals.

The role offers full-time hours with nights and weekends, health benefits, a $20.00/hour base, commission and a $500 monthly bonus, plus a free membership, unlimited classes and employee discounts in a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Mastery of the sales, customer service, and administrative skills required in the Member Service Representative position.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field, and 1-3 years experience in sales and management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all types of people.

Responsibilities

• Give tours and sell gym memberships and personal training.
• Complete reports and assist in scheduling and promotions.
• Serve as “manager on duty” for customer service needs.
• Lead sales trainings and assist in team meetings and employee coaching.
