We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply! As a staff member, you will provide a superior level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience.

Some responsibilities include:

1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities:

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional service and making everyone feel welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check members in, tour, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions using POS system.

Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk and lobby.
• Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including equipment and restrooms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with members and staff.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older, with a High School diploma or GED.
• Positive, professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/AED certification.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, and perform physical activities for prolonged periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Maintain ability to talk, see, hear, and perform CPR if needed.
