Position: Member Services Rep - Part Time - Afternoon

We are seeking a motivated Member Services Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience. BILINGUAL English/Spanish are encouraged to apply!

Key responsibilities include:

1. Greeting members and guests, delivering excellent customer service.
2. Answering phones and assisting callers.
3. Checking members in, conducting tours, signing up new members, logging amenities, and communicating updates.
4. Responding promptly to member questions and concerns.
5. Processing beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
6. Managing membership cards, address changes, and billing questions using POS system.

Club cleanliness and maintenance duties include:

1. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
2. Performing regular cleaning tasks such as mopping, trash removal, and cleaning equipment.
3. Cleaning and maintaining exercise equipment and tanning beds.
4. Restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking.

Qualifications and requirements:

1. Applicants for overnight positions must pass a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire.
2. Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
3. Prior customer service experience preferred.
4. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
5. Punctuality, reliability, and CPR/AED certification are required.

Physical demands include walking, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing CPR if needed. Must have normal vision and hearing.
