Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Quincy, IL is hiring for an associate to support Membership activities and member services on site. You will handle memberships, upgrades, and related orders, while promoting the value of Walmart products and services to members.

You will also assist with safety procedures and work collaboratively with managers and coworkers to meet membership goals and deliver great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications for the position are prudent and include basic customer service, safety awareness, and ability to follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts for members.
• Provide information on Membership benefits and promote Walmart products and services.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist members with locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions.
• Adhere to safety standards and report unsafe conditions to management.
