Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking a member-focused teammate to educate Members about Membership benefits, promote Walmart products and services, and assist with Membership upgrades and credit accounts.

You will handle order processing, pull and pack items, and ensure accurate invoicing while delivering friendly service. You must follow safety procedures and uphold the company's policies to maintain a safe, productive environment, participate in events, and help meet Membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member information by acknowledging needs and offering solutions.
• Promotes Membership benefits and Walmart products and services to Members.
• Processes Memberships upgrades and credit accounts.
• Completes orders by pulling items from shelves, scanning, packing, and securing items for pickup.
• Maintains safety and compliance by following all safety standards and reporting hazards.
