Job summary

Land of Lincoln Credit Union is seeking a Universal Banker in Colchester, VT to deliver exceptional member service across teller, lending, and new accounts. You will open accounts, process loans, and assist with IRAs, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork, with backup duties for senior positions as needed. The position offers in-branch work with standard branch hours and opportunities to assist across locations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months teller or cash handling experience.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Availability to work during branch hours and at alternate locations if assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service across teller, lending, and new accounts.
• Open new share accounts and certificates; assist with IRAs and certificates.
• Process loans, review documents, and verify information.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and policies.
• Perform teller duties and back-up for senior roles as needed.
• Assist members via calls, emails, and online chats.
