Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and three (3) or more years of general office/clerical experience and customer service experience.
• General knowledge of accounting/financial systems, office equipment and systems used for the storage and retrieval of business information.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, provide excellent customer service, and provide reliable administrative support.
• Proficiency in records management, insurance documentation, facility management, and report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to borrower inquiries and process loan payments and disbursements; monitor insurance compliance and prepare reports.
• Monitor and maintain budget and scheduling records; prepare and process expense reports and timesheets.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the branch; greet visitors and route inquiries to staff.
• Utilize computer systems to support operations; prepare reports and budgets and analyze data.
• Coordinate internal/external meetings, trainings, and events; manage logistics and materials.
• Operate standard office equipment and technology to ensure daily operations are efficient.
