Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a member-focused professional in Methuen, MA to identify members' financial needs and educate them on DCU products to help achieve goals. The role involves opening memberships, accounts and loans, providing Notary services, and cross-selling within established guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, end-of-day balancing, loan processing, audits, policy adherence, and potential coverage across branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years related experience in a service role.
• Proficient verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Word, Excel and Email software.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' financial needs, build rapport and cross-sell products to meet goals.
• Open memberships, accounts and loans per guidelines and provide Notary services.
• Process loan requests, verify conditions and ensure document integrity before closings.
• Accurately process teller transactions and assist with end-of-day balancing.
• Audit membership applications, account forms and loan files.
• Adhere to DCU policies and security guidelines to minimize risk.
• Provide coverage in other DCU areas as needed.
• Suggest efficiency and process improvements continuously.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
