Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting the Company products and services.
• Completes tasks and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, and adapting to change and feedback.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
