Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Assist with memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales events to help meet membership goals.
• Maintain safety by following safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions, and help with order processing, pulling, wrapping, and palletizing items to meet member needs.
