Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking an on-site Front-End Associate to greet members and deliver high-quality service. You will assist customers with loading orders, help with self-checkout, and ensure the front-end area is clean and organized throughout your shift.

The role requires you to follow safety procedures, support packing and stocking tasks, and help with department setup and closing duties as needed. Training will cover merchandise handling and basic equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to assist customers with loading and handling merchandise.
• Familiarity with safety and cleanliness procedures in a retail/warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high level of service.
• Assist with loading orders and directing customers to help with promotions.
• Support with self-checkout and monitor for errors.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end and register area.
• Set up and close duties for the department as needed.
