WECU is seeking a full-time Service Consultant at our Holly branch in Bellingham, WA. This role processes a wide variety of member transactions and guides customers to the right financial services, striving to make a meaningful difference in members’ lives.

You will engage with members, achieve sales targets through selling through service, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and uphold WECU’s core values of service, integrity, and respect in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related banking experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in financial institution customer service or sales preferred.
