Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• NMLS registration current or ability to obtain within 120 days.
• Five years of progressive experience in financial environments preferred.
• Three years of branch or multi-branch management experience.

• Provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for multiple service centers.
• Ensure member experience, sales performance, and service goals are met.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; develop staff.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) or the ability to acquire the within 120 days of employment

Experience Required

• Five years of related progressive experience, preferably in a financial environment
• Three years of branch or multi-branch management experience
