Responsibilities

• Sorts incoming interoffice mail and separates by deposits, loan payments, and checks.
• Delivers checks to headquarters branch for processing.
• Processes account closeouts and transfers via Salesforce, mail or fax.
• Monitors SSA/SSI and AVS portals for balance verification.
• Processes Medicaid eligibility information requests.
• Prepares reports and gathers documents for external partners or members.
• Educates members on Teachers products and services.
• Uses Salesforce to log cases and referrals.
