Position Details

Member Services Attendant

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Full Time - $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers and valet park vehicles.
• Provide services such as unloading vehicles, delivering packages/mail, transportation, dog walking, washing cars.
• Ensure safety and security as a First Responder.
• Coordinate with emergency personnel and respond to medical emergencies.
• Complete security rounds and assist with snow removal as needed.
• Certified in AED & CPR (training provided).
• Work some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Compassion, patience, understanding
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to respond professionally in emergencies
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Police or Fire Department helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Walk and stand continuously
