United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet visitors in person, on the phone, and via email, and assist with their needs in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. This on-site role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
