Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a Front End Associate to greet members and deliver high levels of service while performing cleanup, department setup, and closing tasks.

The role covers assisting customers with loading, answering questions, ensuring correct signage, stocking, and supporting self-checkout operations. It requires adherence to safety procedures and the ability to operate equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to assist loading and merchandising activities safely.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in multiple departments as needed.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high level service; set up and close the department.
• Assist with loading orders, packing, and aiding cashier; help maintain signage and cleanliness.
• Support self-checkout and monitor registers for errors; keep front-end area clean.
• Transfer pallets, stock shelves, and help with department duties as necessary.
