Job summary

Elijahhouseliving is seeking a front-end associate to greet members and deliver high-quality service in a busy environment. You will help load orders, assist with self-checkouts, and support the cashier to ensure smooth shopping experiences.

The role includes stocking, setting up and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and operating equipment as needed. Availability and work authorization in the United States are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide high level of service, help load orders onto conveyors and answer questions.
• Assist cashier by counting items left in carts and prepare items for scanning.
• Pack orders into boxes, transfer to carts, check packaging for tampering, and follow safety rules.
• Support self-checkout by assisting with scanning, monitoring registers, and keeping areas clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of front-end area, set up and close the department, and stock shelves.
• Move pallets from receiving to storage or sales floor and label products with item numbers.
• Observe signage accuracy and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials as required.
• Assist in other departments and operate relevant vehicles or equipment as needed.
