Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) is hiring a Member Service Representative (Teller) to serve as the face of the credit union, handling teller transactions and supporting new account openings with care. You will cross-sell products and resolve issues to build trust and lasting relationships.

We offer competitive hourly pay, robust benefits starting day one, and opportunities for growth. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, with schedules Monday–Saturday, in OC’s community branches.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or credit union environments.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Proficient with banking software and systems.
• Availability Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM–2:30 PM on Saturdays.
• Able to pass thorough background and credit checks.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
