Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) Skylake Branch in Miami, FL is hiring a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service). You will assist members with deposits, loans, and new accounts, assess member needs, and recommend SCCU products to enhance their financial well-being.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.

• Provide tailored recommendations for SCCU products to meet member needs.
• Process new accounts and loans as needed.
• Balance cash and daily transactions accurately.
• Promote SCCU services to help members achieve financial goals.
• Maintain knowledge of SCCU computer terminals and online systems.
