Job summary

Fort Bragg Federal Credit Union is seeking a reliable Teller to conduct monetary transactions and respond to member inquiries. You will interview members about services, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle money orders, transfers, and account information requests with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role also includes front-desk coverage on a rotating basis, ensuring smooth member flow, and adherence to BSA/AML policies.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic and cash handling accuracy.
• Excellent communication with members and team.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide money orders and savings bond redemptions.
• Interview members regarding services and explain product features.
• Assist members at reception and direct traffic as needed.
• Prepare documents for input into the system and payroll/direct deposit.
• Process share draft information and provide account information.
• Assist with account reconciliation and stop payments.
• Maintain a secure cash drawer and report outages to supervisor.
• Handle telephonic withdrawal requests and wire transfers.
• Comply with BSA/AML, OFAC and Identity Theft policies.
