What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed
- Adhere to Prime's standard operating procedures and training guidelines, particularly regarding HIPAA compliance
- Provide support and assistance to callers to help them obtain necessary medications
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a suitable home office setup that meets employer standards

- Previous call center experience
- Experience in a call center within the healthcare industry
