Responsibilities

• Provide member service and address inquiries to promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Process membership upgrades and credit applications.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, scan items, wrap and palletize, and secure items for Members.
• Perform safety checks and follow forklift and hazmat procedures as required.
• Assist with daily operations, coordinate with managers, and communicate progress and issues.
