  • Estimated salary range: $43,113 - $50,721
  • Variable compensation plan offering up to $3,000

Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with members and potential members
  • Support a service/sales culture by identifying member needs and cross-selling appropriate products
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently (loan payments, fund transfers)
  • Research and resolve member concerns
  • Record information precisely and thoroughly
  • Utilize provided software to perform transactions
  • Interact with members to explain services and meet financial needs
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 18 months of relevant experience in finance or customer service
  • Experience in banking or financial services
  • Strong desire to deliver outstanding member service
  • Ability to discuss products and services confidently
  • Professional appearance and enthusiastic personality
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with punctuality
  • Knowledge of negotiable instruments
