Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a career-driven Member Service Representative to support a Fortune 100 financial institution in the Atlanta area. The role, based in Sandy Springs with hybrid work, starts September 21st and offers $22 per hour with training 9am-5:30pm EST.

After training, shifts run 2pm-1:30am EST, 6 days a week either Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri, with remote work options within 60 miles of Sandy Springs. High school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service are required.

Qualifications

Position: Member Service Representative (Afternoon Shifts)

Start Date: September 21st

Pay: 22.00/ Hourly

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm EST, Monday-Friday

No Time off during Training (September 21st-November 19th)

Schedule After Training: Multiple shifts available (Shift time range from 2pm-1:30am EST), Monday-Saturday OR Sunday-Friday

Working Environment: Remote, Must live within 60 miles of Sandy Springs, GA 30328

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
