TEKsystems in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an entry-level contact center specialist to handle member inquiries in a 24/7, schedule-driven environment.

You will provide information about products and services, perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs and more, and advise on fitting offerings. This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire role with a pay rate of $20.75 per hour and benefits included.

Description

To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
