TEKsystems is actively hiring a Hybrid Collections Counselor for a Fortune 100 financial institution in Pensacola, FL. This contract role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 from home) and pays $17.00 per hour.

You will support customers navigating early-stage financial challenges and provide excellent service. Core duties include handling inbound/outbound calls, using an auto-dialer, and assisting with consumer loan and credit card accounts.

Job Overview

• In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
• Working within an auto-dialer system
• Handling early-stage collections (130 days past due)
• Averaging 80120+ calls per day
• Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
• Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

Schedule

Training: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm CST

Post-Training: Monday Saturday (5-day workweek), 11:30 AM 8:00 PM CST

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
